Raising Money for Playford Church and Village Hall

We have great pleasure in inviting you to the Playford Village Fete and Open Gardens at Playford Hall on Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Gates Open 2pm - 5pm. Entry is £5 for adults, with children under 16 free of charge. Participation on rides and at stalls is by tokens which can be purchased from the token stall. Please note: the Hall's private residence will be closed to the public.

All funds raised will be split between St Mary's Church, Playford and the Playford Village Hall

TEAS

 Tea, Coffee and soft drinks together with a selection of homemade cakes and sandwiches will be served from 2:30pm

CAKE & BISCUIT COMPETITION

Bring your Royal Themed Cakes and Biscuits along at 2pm to be judged at 2:30pm. There is a £2 entry fee per category.

Age categories are - 10yrs & Under; 11-16yrs; 17yrs & Over.

All entries will be on display and to be taken home after the prize giving.

The Raffle will be drawn at 430pm

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS

Car Parking will be on the field adjacent to the Railway Line only a short walk through the gardens. 

A disabled drop off point will be available but all cars must be parked in the field.
